The equipment has 30L funnel, which can debug filling equipment, successfully pour mushy, cream and mucous material in plastic tube, complete filling, painting and sealing automatically.

Working Principle：

Put pre-filling tubes in order on big capacity store shelf. Under automatic carrying

tubes equipment, tubes are ranged and then inserted into arranged model automatically. The arranged model runs with turn plate and respectively stops at different working places.

Plough ointment that needs canning into lockable taper material tub. Then with filling valve of plunger type that directly connected to material tub, the ointment is filled automatically and exactly into tubes which discontinues stay on filling working place. The big grail keeps running and carries tubes with ointment canned to different sealing tail working places rapidly.

Each working place manipulator seals tail at once. Different canned capacity can be possible by adjusting capacity regulation. And the heat-sealing progress will be done with the help of manipulator. After sealing, painting code manipulator can paint code of production date, group No. onto tube tail automatically.

At last, finished tubes are automatically carried into tube container by automatic tube outlet structure.
